P.A.C.T., its four components (Learn About, Read About, Write About and Talk About) and how re-usable template activity formats help reduce cognitive demands for individuals with complex learning profiles to help them better focus on the content. T.H.E. P.A.C.T. also offers a curriculum format that emphasizes receptive language learning before placing expressive demands on an individual.
